Six-month mission within a French Embassy in Europe, on a cycle of bilateral cooperation events and commemorations. Vendor coordination, production of official supports (visuals, brochures, memorial coins), press support.
Transition mission in a consular post in the Indian Ocean: logistical and press support on official events, structuring of an internal training framework, communication supports. Management of local staff.


One-year mission for a major European programme: public representation, organisation of cross-border events, social media visibility strategy and coordination of European projects.

Full artistic direction of an audiovisual project for an emerging artist: storyboard, on-set coordination, multi-shot filming, final editing. Main constraint: maximum creative ambition under tight budget — a revealing exercise in end-to-end production mastery, with no subcontracting.
