Public procurement

Working with LP Stratégies under a public contract.

MAPA eligibility, supporting documents, public-sector track record: what a public buyer needs to know before engaging.

LP Stratégies regularly works for entities subject to public procurement rules: ministries, embassies, consulates, local authorities, public operators, universities and supervised bodies.

Current MAPA threshold

€40,000 excl. tax — services

Below this threshold, a public buyer may engage a provider directly, without prior publication or formal tendering, while respecting the principles of equal access, equal treatment and transparency.

Compatibility with simplified procedures (MAPA)

As a micro-enterprise registered in the French National Business Register (SIRET 99293810000011), LP Stratégies is eligible for public service contracts below formal tender thresholds, in accordance with articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 of the French Public Procurement Code.

In practice: most of the seven packages (Lightning audit, Starter, Diagnostic, Strategy & Editorial, Production, Influence) can be engaged directly through a purchase order or simple service contract, without a tender process.
