How it works
The mission process is deliberately short, readable and bounded. No quote without a scoping note, no engagement without a precise brief, no surprise on the final invoice.
Format: video (Google Meet or Teams). Duration: a strict 30 minutes. Cost: none, no commitment.
Goal: qualify the need, verify alignment, rule out out-of-scope. You leave with a clear read on what is feasible, on what timeline, in what budget bracket. If the topic falls outside this firm's remit, I will tell you plainly and refer you to a suitable colleague.
Format: structured PDF. Timeline: 72 h after the first call. Cost: none.
The scoping note formalises: proposed scope, identified deliverables, methodology, timeline, pricing assumptions. It serves as an internal validation document on the client side. No quote is issued without this step — that is what guarantees the quote will be precise and the engagement will not drift.
Format: PDF matching the buyer's requirements (private, public, MAPA, international). Timeline: within 5 working days of scoping note approval. Validity: 30 days.
The quote details: scope, precise deliverables, schedule, financial terms (30 % deposit above €1,500 excl. tax, balance 30 days), IP terms, NDA. It is immediately usable as contract documentation for MAPA public procurement, as a purchase order basis for private entities, or as a term sheet for international engagements.
Format: video or in-person depending on location. Duration: 60 to 90 minutes. Timeline: within 5 working days of signature and deposit.
The kick-off frames the engagement operationally: roles, points of contact, reporting cadence, communication channel, milestones. For sensitive missions, a secure channel is defined at this point. The first intermediate deliverable is typically available within 5 to 10 days of kick-off.
Weekly progress check-in (15 min, short format), intermediate deliveries at the identified milestones, validation by stages. Any scope change is documented as an amendment — no surprise on the final invoice.
Oral restitution (60 min), delivery of final assets in their source formats, documentation transfer if needed. For engagements over 3 months: closure interview 6 weeks after delivery, to measure the real impact of the deliverables on the ground.
